1. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
3. Unused visits will expire after the 12-month period
4. Packages must be used by the original purchaser and cannot be shared
5. Services included in a package cannot be exchanged for other services
6. Appointments should be scheduled within the recommended timeframe for best results
7. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all package appointments
8. Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a forfeited visit from your package
