All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedule requests received less than 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost (or a facial visit pkg deduction) of the scheduled service. Your treatments are reserved especially for YOU. We value you as a person and the trust you have in us. We will do everything we can to work with you on an unavoidable circumstance but kindly ask you to give us a heads up as much as possible. A missed or late cancelled appointment denies someone on our cancellation list an opportunity to get in. Cancellations for appointments with Christen may be made directly on-line. Cancellations for appointments with Wendy must be made directly with Wendy by calling or texting at 207.400.7674. Wildwood Medicine may not cancel your appointments, and leaving a message with them does not fulfill a cancellation request.

All Permanent Makeup appointments require a 50% nonrefundable booking fee at the time of scheduling your procedure with Wendy.
